Any content hosted, displayed, or shared through our website that violates copyright law will be removed or access to it will be disabled promptly upon receiving a valid DMCA notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written DMCA notice. To be valid, your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or an authorized representative.

3. How to Submit a Notice

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate the claim, remove or disable access to the material in question, and notify the user who posted the content.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, a counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location, and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the copyright owner files a legal action within 10 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we may terminate, at our sole discretion, access to our services by users who are deemed repeat infringers.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
